For SMS, registering a Sender ID is optional. When registered, you can send messages using your own brand name instead of a generic number.

Registration requirements

Registering an SMS Sender ID requires a valid Iraqi company license.The Sender ID can differ from your official company name, but you must provide proof of connection between the brand and the company. Acceptable proof includes:
  • Trademark registration
  • Having the company name explicitly stated on the brand’s website or app
